I have an issue with faxing that is traversing the following topology:
PSTN/E1-H323 VGW-CUCM-MGCP-VG224
I apologize I do not have any logs to provide that are of any value, however, we applied the following command globally under voice service voip on the H323 router.
fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback pass-through g711ulaw
I have been reading a few blogs on this site and I am kinda getting turned around! Question is what are some good debugs that I can use on the H323 VGW to provide for you? Also, can you assist in validating what the configuration should be for the VG224 port that the fax machine is connected to?
