Has anybody ever had this happen before? I have a 8845 cisco video phone that has a secondary line appearance between a supervisor and his secretary. I have set the line to flash only but it continues to ring when the secretary's phone is called. I have reset his phone after the program change but nothing helps. I am using 9.1 software on our call manager. Thanks for any ideas as to how to solve this problem. I am leaning towards replacing the phone. Tim...
