IDG Enterprise has awarded the Cisco Support Community with The Digital Edge 25 Award in 2016. This award recognizes a select group of digital achievers whose organizations have made great strides toward being a digital-centric business. This prestigious award is given to only 25 companies.

The winners were announced at the gala Agenda 16 Conference last March 21-23 in Amelia Island, Florida.

2016 Gold and Silver Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Every year The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of call center, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide.

During the 10th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the Cisco Support Community won the 2016 Gold Stevie award for Customer Service or Call Center Consulting Practice of the Year, and 2016 Silver Stevie award for Innovation in Customer Service - Computer Industries.

The winners were announced at the gala awards banquet on March 4 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel.

Making this award possible is our philosophy of harnessing the “wisdom of the crowd” for our customer interactions. All the kudos go to the Cisco Designated VIPs, Cisco experts, Cisco Community team, and the hundreds of thousands of members that make the Cisco Support Community the place to ask questions and help each other.

2015 Web Marketing Awards Association Technology Standard of Excellence Award

During the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service the Cisco Support Community won the 2013 Gold Stevie award for Innovation in Customer Service. The winners were announced at the gala awards banquet on February 25 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel.
