Dan Bruhn

Dan helped launch the Cisco Support Community (formerly NetPro) in 2000 and has been working on it ever since. He is responsible for online community strategies, programs, best practices, and site management. Prior to working with Cisco Systems, he was a network sales consultant for Microaid, where he consulted and sold networking hardware to small/medium sized businesses. He began his career at CDW Computer Centers where he was a corporate account manager. He has a bachelor's degree in communications with marketing minor from Bradley University.

In his spare time he enjoys cooking, playing squash, tennis, and spending time with his family.

Satish Chadran

Best Practices

Satish has been associated with the Support Community since its launch. His work revolves around the site governance & moderation, creating help & best practices documents. Satish also leads CSC-globalization programs/events from APAC region to engage with experts & enable users to collaborate across borders and cultures thus offering world class support community experience to Cisco's customers.

My name is Anim Saxena and I am the "Technical Community Manager" for the Network Security Domain. My focus is to have quality content on Network Security Community which will help users resolve their technical issues faster. For this, I'll be co-creating and partnering with internal Cisco teams to provide with latest knowledge. I want to encourage every user to partner and share their knowledge and expertise with other community users by answering the discussions, writing blogs, technical documents and videos. My goal is to improve the overall cisco support community experience and help finding faster resolution of known issues and have better engagement and participation on community.

I am an Information and Technology engineering graduate with Post garduate diploma in Managment. In span of my career I have achieved certifications like CCNA,RHCE,RHCSA,CEH,CHFI and ISO 27001:2005.

Ashish Shirkar is the technical community manager for the Network infrastructure Domain. His focus is to have quality content on Network Infrastructure Community which will help users resolve their technical issues faster. For this, he will be co-creating and partnering with internal Cisco teams to provide with latest knowledge and the goal to improve the overall Cisco Support Community experience; finding faster resolution of known issues. Ashish holds a degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering.

Mohit Mmangal

Mohit manages the Cisco Support community's knowledge team, who oversee the communities with products and technologies ranging from Voice & Unified Communications, Security, VPN, Wireless, LAN Switching, IP- Routing and Network Infrastructure. The responsibility of his team is to enable online self-support for Cisco's customers & partners. His major focus is on coordinating & creating quality content in the form of articles, blog, videos, etc… and driving engagement with external customers and internal Cisco teams, customer satisfaction for the Cisco Support Community. Since 1998, he has been working within Technical Support and Services business. He's a humanities graduate with Honors Diploma in Information Technology & System Management.

Lavanya is a Cisco Support Community Manager for the Voice and Unified Communications domain. She focuses on Voice and Unified Communication Technology and drives content collaboration and growth of the community with Customers and Partners. She is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics & Communication Technology. Since 2002, she has worked within the Telecom Industry with extensive experience in IP Telephony, Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTN), Next generation Voice Networks & GSM Wireless Technology.
