It’s hard to believe that 2012 is just around the corner. When I look back on what changes we did in 2011, a lot has happened in the community. Some were noticeable and some were not.
We welcomed a couple new support areas in the community:
We simplified the Online Chat area to make it easier to start an online chat. You now no longer have to click through a couple of pages before you can start a chat.
The Support Community Platform was upgraded with new features.
We made it easier to access the latest downloads from the main Small Business Support Area just by clicking on which Small Business Product you have under Latest Downloads.
We also moved our Small Business Support Spanish area in the new Spanish language only support community.
Now with 2012 just around the corner, we have a new Small Business VIP and Spotlight Program area, where we will be announcing our Inaugural Designated VIP for Small Business and our first Monthly Spotlight participant.
Just like in 2011 we will continue to upgrade and make the community easier for you in 2012.
