I am looking for a comprehensive Real time graphical reporting system reflecting all call center activities at a glance

Do a search for "Wallboard" on this forum and you'll see some hits for a basic but free solution. These are ASP or CGI scripts that use SQL queries to view Queue and Agent status.
For something more robust, might want to try getting in touch with Metronome (http://www.metronome.net)
