I have a failover Unity VMO environment running Unity 4.0.3 with CCM-TSP 8.1(3) and CallManager 4.0.2a I am experiencing ports randomly get stuck busy at the GoodBye call handler. It seems like the GoodBye call handler does not hang up the call after the playing the greeting. I have checked the settings in the GoodBye call handler and all looked good. And the workaround is to reset the voicemail port in CallManager.
Has anyone running into this issue ? and how to fix it ?
