Put incoming call on hold

Hi,

We are running Cisco CallManager 4.2 with 7941 and 7961 IP phones and I was wondering if there is a way to place an incoming call directly on hold without having to answer it first.

Hi Justin,

You can do it with a Contact Center Application (IPCC) or with Attendant Console using Broadcast Hunting Algorithm.

Thanks for the response, but I was looking to send callers straight to hold rather than voicemail.
