LMS2.6 DFM Problem

Hello,

We have devices shown in RME & Common services that are not appearing in DFM.

How do I make sure that all my devices are consistant ?? (ie: whats in RME = DFM)

You can try adding on of the missing devices to DFM manually. Once you add it, does it go to a known state or does it get stuck in learning or go to a questioned state?

I must be really thick because I cannot see how you manually add to DFM, there is not a manual operation for this ??

First have a look at DFM - Device Management - Rediscover/Delete

Do the missing devices appear there under Questioned or Unknown? If so, what subcategory do they fall into?

to add them, go to DFM - Device Management - Device Selector and then select devices showing as not in DFM.

Hi,

Are devices that are added to DCR shown in the DFM device selector? Check if the auto sync is enabled so that the devices are added to DFM, if its not enabled please select the devices and add manually to DFM.
