Hi,

Can anyone guide me what is the best order of exams to acheive CCNP?

I have passed CCNA and CCDA exams...

My order of preference is:

642-901 BSCI

642-812 BCMSN

642-825 ISCW

642-845 ONT

but I am not sure, so please advise me in which order should I start my preperation...

Thanks,

Jawad

I did the CCNP before the old tests expired, but my order was the same.

BSCI

BCSMN

BCRAN (ISCW)

CIT (ONT)

I'm not sure how the 2 new tests are, but the BCRAN and the CIT built on stuff you learned in the BSCI and BCMSN. So that order made the most sense to me.

I thought the BSCI was the hardest exam. I just took the ISCW, which wasn't bad and am studying for the ONT, which looks harder. No longer does one exam (ie CIT) cover info from the others (or very little). I don't think the order is too important. The first time I took CCNP exams I started with what I thought would be the easiest (from experience) and worked towards the harder ones. I got some confidence and learned what Cisco was expecting of us in the CCNP level exams.
