I have had this issue for over a year with one client!! Its making me want to scream!
They have a 2801 running 12.4(3) code and CME 3.3...they have 3 7970s and for the LIFE of me I can't figure out why I can't get the clock to be correct on them.
I have gone through the troubleshooting guides that are out there and tried off set the incorrect time with the time-zone command but to no avail.
When i issue the show telephony-service tftp-bindings command, i dont see the SEP file for any of the 3 7970s that they have. The troubleshooting guide says you should see them, but not what to do if you don't.
TAC had no clue, so i am turning to our community.
