It means you are running the CDR service on the subscriber which need to be stopped, as this service run only on the publisher. So to get rid of this error do the following on your subscriber:
Application > Cisco CallManager serviceability
Tools > Service Activation-> your Subscriber-> uncheck Cisco CDR Insert, and click Update

It means you are running the CDR service on the subscriber which need to be stopped, as this service run only on the publisher. So to get rid of this error do the following on your subscriber:
Application > Cisco CallManager serviceability
Tools > Service Activation-> your Subscriber-> uncheck Cisco CDR Insert, and click Update
