Hi,

If I want to connect 2 2950 switches I use a twisted-pair cross-over cable, right?

But if I want to connect 2 2950 T through 1000 uplink ports what kind of cable do I use? Cross or straight-through cable?

Thanks

yes to connect two switches you need cross cable....

you can also use the straight cable to connect the two switches but for that they should support the "AUTO MDIX"
