manipulate portion of called number into calling number

For Router IOS, I understand that it does not have problem creating translation rules for VoIP that matched and replaced a defined pattern on called number or calling number. Is there a possible way moving portion of called number (says first four digits) to calling number? e.g. calling number is 1111 and called number is 2298765. After the translation, the calling number becomes 11112298 while called number is 765.

I have this problem too.

It is not possible with the native IOS commands, but it might be possible using a tcl script.

Next time consider positing the appropriate forum, this is for video over ip.
