logon failure for user options web page

hi all

i have just installed CCM 4.0(2)

while trying to open the user options web page, http://<ip-add>/ccmuser

i am getting the follwing error

You are not authorized to view this page

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied

HTTP 401.1 - Unauthorized: Logon Failed

Internet Information Services

whereas the ccmadmin webpage is working fine.

Is the CCM installed on a cisco approved Hardware?

i have set up the CCM on a generic PC for a lab.

the ccm admin page is working fine and i can configure ip phones also.
