VPN Client 4.8.02.0010 and Vista Business

I have new installaltion of Vista Business and try to install the VPN Client 4.8.02.0010. My installation stop when installing Deterministic Network Enhancer with the following: error: Dneinst execution error while installing DNE, returncode -2146500093.

If i try to install the Deterministic Network Enhancer manually on my network card, it works but the VPN Client wants to remove it before i install the client.

VPN Client 4.8.02.0010 is BETA version. Try to reinstall the client software.
