Changing ring tones

Hi, Can you differentiate between external and internal calls with seperate ring tones?

I have this problem too.

Hello,

this is done automatically. Internal calls play the ring tone and then have a long break.

External Calls play the ring tone two times, and then have a break.

I'm ideally looking for something more obvious so that staff know instantly. Can this be done?
