Does anyone have a clue how many ephone-dn's I am allowed to configure with a FL-CCME-36? Ephones are 36 but what about the dn's? Where is that documented?
Thanks.

I never seen any reference to ephone-dn's in the licensing requirements.

Hi Mat,
The Max DN's is based on the Router platform and Memory. Here is the number for a 2811 and CME;
Cisco Platform Cisco 2811
Maximum Total IP Phones 36
Maximum Total Ephone-dns or Virtual Ports 144
From this good CME doc;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/prod_installation_guide09186a00807aae21.html
Hope this helps!

Rob,
in that case the max-dn command is just a memory allocation limiter but there are no legal limits for the usage of the ephone-dn's.
Thanks for you answer, it helped me to understand the concept.
Ragards,
Mat
