Cisco ACS 4.0 and Active Directory

I have recently installed Cisco ACS4.0 on a new Windows 2003 server. When I look into the External User Database and Under Database Configuration, the select the Windows Database and the Configure, I only see the top of the forest and the child domain that server belongs to. I am not seeing any of the other child domains within the same forest. I want to see all the other child domains.

Thoughts??

Hi,

Try Using a Domain Admin account for all the ACS Service to "Log On as".

Thanks for the suggestion. We just tried that but is still does not show any on the other child domains.
