We are having a problem with the licensing of our IPCC server. Currently we have purchased 20 supervisor/agent licenses. However, after a recent upgrade from version 3.1 to 3.5 we are still showing on a single supervisor agent license. Our VAR is stating we need to completely uninstall and reinstall IPCC to correct this issue. I am hoping there is a way to simply upgrade and/or change the licensing on the fly. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried updating the supervisor/agent count using the license update utility? Please see the attached link for details.

When I attempt to update the license I get a fatal error can not communicate with machnm1.exe
