User Tracking Problem

Currently, I have upgraded my LMS to 2.6 and CM to 4.0.7.

My user tracking when I ran it, it only produces the following MAC address, port, and the name of the switch (where it is connected). It doesnt have the IP address and the Hostname.

I would like to know how to troubleshoot this. From the debugging, I already activated the vmpsadmin for debugging. What will I look for?

If you can get the mac addresses but not the IP that indicates that Ciscoworks can't speak to the router that is the default gateway of the machines using these mac addresses.

Take a few mac you identified. Find out what their default gateway is and check if that router is managed in campus.
