Hi,

The loop was observed only between the following two hops.

12 436 ms 440 ms 466 ms 23.33.22.10

13 411 ms 528 ms 351 ms 23.33.22.1

In which router the "clear arp" was issued.

What was the destination that you have tried to trace?

Was the trace after "clear arp" followed the same path( till 23.33.22.1/10 as mentioned in your original post ?) after issuing "clear arp".

Need to more details on your setup to understand the scenario better..
