How could we troubleshoot fabric related error in 6500 switch running s-720

continuously an error message is popping out on the switch: SP: Linecard endpoint of Channel 0 lost Sync. to Lower fabric and trying to recover now!

and also show fabric channel-counter shows lot of rx errors on both the sup engines

cisco says the module might not be seating properly or the module could be faulty,i tried resetting the module and that too these modules are new one so it cant be faulty too.

Active fabric card in slot 5

Backup fabric card in slot 6

show fabric mode:

Global switching mode is Compact

dCEF mode is not enforced for system to operate

Fabric module is not required for system to operate

Modules are allowed to operate in bus mode

Truncated mode is allowed, due to presence of aCEF720, Standby supervisor module

5 dCEF

6 Crossbar

Fabric clear-block is off.

there is no errors and the status is ok but still i am getting the error msg...
