Digit from telco via DID port

I am using CME router with VIC-2DID card. I find that the cme router did not receive any digit from telco. But telco said they send 3 digit (e.g. 311) to the router

Is this related to timer setting?

Is there any debug command for checking the digit from telco to DID port?
