Legato Backup and restoration of ICM servers

Hi,

I have a query around using Legato to backup and restore all ICM servers.

1. There are no Cisco supported backup and restore third party software?

2.Will Cisco support Legatop third party software on the servers?

3. Has anyone used Legato to backup and restore all ICM servers, did you face any issues especially around the SQL databases?

4. Any tips or hints?

Cisco does not support third-party utilities for backing up the Cisco CallManager database. Doing so voids your TAC support.

Use the included Cisco IP telephony Applications Backup Utility to back up the Cisco CallManager database to a separate machine. Then, use that separate machine to run your third-party backup software.
