DST update for IPCC Enterprise

Unanswered Question
Feb 2nd, 2007

Running ICM version SR9 shows a fix for CSCsg26106 "Update 2007 DST time for peripherals in time zone different from ACD". I am a little confused by this description in the release notes. Does this patch take care of the DST switch this year? Thanks.

I have this problem too.

The Field Notice can be confusing.

You'll have to patch your OS as per Microsoft recommendations.

ICM/IPCC needs to be patched if you have any of the conditions set forth in the Notice: Outbound, Peripheral in different timezone, CVP, etc.

For the Peripheral issue, review the registry on the PG to determine if it impacts your sites, if not then there is no need to worry about ICM/IPCC - the OS is your only concern.
