Transferring calls makes display problems in 7960

If i transfer a call to someone while i'm receiving other calls or if i have some calls in waiting condition,the display shows users in a random way making me difficult understanding who is the first, the second,....forcing me to remember their telephone numbers.

What could i do?

Hi Alessandro,

Have you tried playing with the Auto Line Select setting in the phone configuration? This setting comes into play with how the display of secondary calls to the phone are shown. Have a look;

\\Look at the first page of the Phone configuration down towards the bottom @ Auto Line Select
