Attendant Console and Voicemail

I have a customer that cannot send calls directly to 2 extensions from the AC software. They are getting an error. "Failed to transfer to voicemail" There is no issue with the any other extensions.

I have this problem too.

Hi Anthony

Have you checked the CFWD ALL on those two extensions? If its just those two extensions that are causing the problem try removing them and readding them in as a last resort.

Are voice mails set up in unity for the two accounts in question?

On the lines having the problem, check the

value of the Voicemail Profile of the line to which you are transferring the call?, is set to NONE? If yes, please change it to Default or any other value other than None. Does it work?

What is your CCM version and your AC version?

Have you solved this? I got the same error if I answered the call, used one of the VM shortcuts and then clicked on a Directory user who had no DN appearence in CM.
