ICM7.0 -- when I open a CTIOS client, login button is grayed out. can anyone shed some light on this, where can I look to find out what happened?

Can you check whether the windows user you logged in to the machine has Admin level access.

Actually I forgot to restart CTIOS server, the service wasn't running.
