Hello,

I need to do the following in the CSS 10503.

1.Clear the service hits showing in the show summary command.

2.How to configure the CSS for the GUI.

3.WHAT IS THE BEST ADVANCED BALANACE to be used.

4.If one server comes up then the ping to the CSS and OTHER SERVER FAILS. Reason?

5.What cmd to use to researt the CSS?

Please i amworking in client place for the project.

1. if i'm not mistaken clear counters

2. do a 'no restrict webmngmnt' and use https to connect to the gui, if you have version 8.10 or above you first need to install the css-cvdm

3. depends on the situation, i like the arrowpoint-coockie because no need to change theapps

4. no clue

to clear the hits, go into config mode under the owner/content rule you want to clear and do a 'zero all'.

If that does not work, please capture all your actions into a log file and send it to us so we can review what you have done exactly.
