Is it possible to have specific policies applied to a particular neighbor in OSPF and EIGRP similar to BGP?

Hello,
The algorithms and the use of these protocols are different.. BGP works more on point-to-point links between autonomous systems, and it is only the policies which define the routing table.. hence it has to be applied on a neighbor basis.. OSPF/EIGRP does not work like these.. this has more to do with routing over LAN/WAN links, with the algorithm deciding the path, with no external attributes or policies, like in BGP.. Not really sure, if this answer is convincible, but we arent sure though what you are expecting :)
