configuration and resilience

Hi, im quite new to IPCC and have a question regarding improving the resilience of our system. I have 6 small contact centers all using a centralised IPCC environment.

Occasionally we have network or power problems that casue the IPCC system to be unavailable to our remote sites.

Each site has its own voice gateway so these are configured for SRST so they can still operate.

Recently we added an additonal subscriber at a remote site.

What i now need to do in the event of a central site failure is send the calls to a hunt group at each site. I have configured the hunt groups and they all work fine. However im not sure how to configure the call manager to make use of the hunt group in the event of ICM failing.

I was considering configuring the CTI route point for the main numbers to forward on no coverage. Would this do it?

If not does anyone have nay sugestions?

I have this problem too.
