is there a possibility to change CiscoView (6.1.4) user authorisation on LMS 2.5.1

The authentication and authorization is doing local not with ACS

With standalone login module, any user can have read access to a device in CiscoView. However, only System Admin and Network Admin roles can perform write or debug.

I want that some user can change fastethernet ports but not gigabitethernet.

You won't be able to do this with standalone authentication
