SRST vm-integration, pattern direct behaves differently

Unanswered Question

I am comfiguring vm-integration for Unity integration during SRST.

I have a problem with the "pattern direct" command (the one that applies when you press the messages button). Any "#" I define in the pattern appears to be translated to a "T" in the dialled number string and this is causing the call to fail. "#"'s in any of the other patterns appears to be preserved correctly ?

I'm using c2800nm-entservicesk9-mz.124-12.bin

Any ideas ? / comments ?

I have this problem too.

Cisco SRST can send and receive voice-mail messages from Cisco Unity and other voice-mail systems during Cisco CallManager fallback. When the WAN is down, a voice-mail system with Basic Rate Interface (BRI) or Primary Rate Interface (PRI) access to the Cisco SRST system uses ISDN signaling. Systems with foreign exchange office (FXO) or foreign exchange station (FXS) access connect to a public switched telephone network (PSTN) and use in-band dual tone multifrequency (DTMF) signaling.
