Have a look at tsLineUser (.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.9.2.1.18)

Also, you will need to have TACACS configured to see who is logged in

ex)

# snmpwalk 172.16.99.1 public .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.9.2.1.18

enterprises.9.2.9.2.1.18.0 = ""

enterprises.9.2.9.2.1.18.1 = ""

enterprises.9.2.9.2.1.18.2 = "foo"

enterprises.9.2.9.2.1.18.3 = "foobar"

enterprises.9.2.9.2.1.18.4 = ""

enterprises.9.2.9.2.1.18.5 = ""

enterprises.9.2.9.2.1.18.6 = ""
