When dialling out from the local sites using 2821 ROUTER CLID is still being forwarded. BT the bri supplier have provided cli with held at the local exchange.

And the question is ?

Using CallManager, the clir is restricted by a checkbox somewhere is the configuration.

In all the other cases, if you want CLIR (calling number information restricted), configure "clid restrict" in the outbound dial-peer. The outgoing setup message will be then like:
