Upgrading CME to Unified Call Manager

Is there any pricing guide or info on what SKU's are to be used to upgrade an existing CME / CUE deployment to a CCM / Unity deployment?

Hi,

As far as i know, the only way is to do this with licensing@cisco.com, to get the device units for Callmanager 5.x, because you already payed the sccp lics for your phones.

For CUE to Unity, i think there is no way for an "upgrade", maybe you get something like a "trade in" from your account manager.

Are far as the licensing for the phones that you already purchased for CME ip phones, these are transferable to Callmanager.
