Can someone from Cisco answer this?

Is there any current version of IPCC Express Standard coresident with Callmanager that limits the number of IVR ports to something less than 150? We?re getting a question from a prospective customer saying that ipcc express co-res is limited to 10 calls in queue simultaneously. I know there are agent and media port limitations, but haven?t heard of this queuing limitation.

I have this problem too.

As far as I know there is no difference between coresident or standalone install.

The number of CTI ports however do limit the number of calls in queue as well, as each contact that is in queue occupies one CTI port. Typical the license holds the number of ports. You can check the number of licensed ports in Start --> Programs --> Cisco CRA Administrator --> License Update Utility.
