Have call manager 5.0.4 running and attendant console for the receptionist.
Calls come into pilot point 483 and this alerts 457 (the receptionist). If she is busy on a call then there are other extensions added to the pilot point. If they are all busy then the last resort is a voicemail box for 483.
The members of the overflow group all need to have individual voice mail, the receptionist aswell.
The current setup, drops calls for the primary company number onto individuals voicemail boxes and not the company voicemail box !
Does anyone have a solution for this.
