Hello

I update my 1100 AP from wireless B to

Wireless G

And now it requiring a 5501.img file

Interface Dot11Radio0, no radio firmware file (flash:/c1100-k9w7-mx.123-4.JA1/5501.img) was found

When I try to download it the Cisco do not give for me permition

When I try to upgrade IOS it does not work properly

Well, upgrade of hardware (from B to G) shouldn't require firmware upgrade. Any way, if you need to upgrade the firmware go for the TFTP server based upgrade. This procedure is explained at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps4570/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a0080184ad5.html#1038660

Cisco is not letting you download the firmware because your contract is not renewed. They will refuse to replace the unit also in case of major lockup during upgrade.
