Lately my users have been complaining of a strange, intermittent issue.
When users try to pick up a parked call, they complain that the caller is not there. In the meantime, the caller is for some reason diverted to the person's voicemail...
Receptionist: Mr. Smith, call parked on 3852.
Mr Smith picks up 3852, but no one is there.
Caller is listening to on-hold music, and then suddenly is in Mr. Smith's voicemail.
In all cases, the came in on an overlay DN, then parked.
Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this behaviour?
