NAT/Routing Issue

I have NAT running in my environment for a couple of LAN segments. NAT was working fine but I have an issue all of a sudden with NAT packets being dropped. NAT is working correctly because I am receiving translations etc. It seems that only 60% of my packets are getting to the host everytime so pages are taking forever to load if ever. All of my other hosts (public Ip's) are working fine. I have EIGRP on my network and it seems like it is trying to load balance between two links (not routed port, STP instead). Any ideas?

These packet drops can occur, if you are using HRSP along with NAT. Stateful NAT (SNAT) can make use of HSRP to fail over.

Static NAT Mapping Support with HSRP for High Availability is another feature which makes NAT and HSRP interact.
