CRS script issues

Unanswered Question

Trying to create a Container prompt that consists of several prompts. The prompt itself workes temporary to play the combined prompts but it does not save the combined prompt to disc, it?s just temporary for the active call. I writes a script where you can call in and "activate" some prompts and the result should be a new prompt that will contain the activated ones and to be played to a user when emergency is set.

Any ideas how to save the prompt to disc?

Using CRS 4

I have this problem too.

Open the script in the editor on the CRS server, open the step properties, re-modify the times, save it, upload and refresh the script and application.

Secondly, If the Time Zone has been changed on the CRS Server, prior to the scripting change the server (not just engine) should be restarted. This is because the tomcat is not restarted when restarting the engine.
