VPN Client: Unable to contact the security gateway

I use a winXP Laptop and i installed the Cisco VPN Client 4.0.4 Rel K9, i don't know what is the problem with the laptop because it can't establish the connection. This is the message error:

"Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client Reason: 403 Unable to contact the security gateway"

I installed the same software in another laptop with the same winXP and i don't have this problem.

I really appreciated your help.

You might try changing the transport method (TCP/UDP).
