sh service summary

Hi there....when I type in "sh service summary" , I see all of my services, but some are alive and some are down. What would be some reasons why the state is down on some of them? also, for the services that are state down, I cannot ping the VIP, but I can ping all real IP's. All service and content rules are active as well.

do you have a keepalive set on these services? It's possible that the keepalive you have set is down which causes the service to be in a down state.
