The datasheet specify caller id only in FXS mode. To confirm, ask your telco if they can send caller id on DID lines.

oh, they say they're not blocking caller id from being sent, but they don't say that is being sent.

I cannot get to understand what that could mean. Either a line deliver caller-id, or it does not.
