There is currently a Beta version for Vista released by Cisco on Feb. 7.

vpnclient-win-msi-5.0.00.0090-k9-beta

I have tested it and it does in fact work however, there is no integrated stateful firewall as there was in previous versions.

A beta version of VPN client for Vista is available on cisco site. VPN for Vista should be available by the end of March (early April) this year.
