Adding new subscriber to RTMT

I added a subscriber to a CM cluster today, and everything appears to be working fine except stats in the Real Time Monitoring Tool. RTMT shows the correct stats for the PUB and other SUB, but no values for any counters for the new SUB. The new SUB is listed on all the screens, but all the counters have a value of 0. Any ideas on why?

If any counter suddenly shows a value of zero, then the reason would be one of the following:

1. There is communication problem with the CCM, because of which the SOAP response could not be obtained.

2. The Web Service is down, as a result of which, no SOAP queries can be made. The switch over to the next available Web Service in the cluster would happen only in the next polling cycle.
