When trying to log into extn mobility the user is getting "logon unsuccessful error:[9].
I have stop/start tomcat and iis and also reset password.
Had a good look around the Cisco docs and can find several other error codes but not this one.
This is on a ccm 4.1(3)sr3a.
Any input from you knowledgable people out there are greatly appreciated!!

Did not get round to trying the fix from the TAC case.
When I came back from leave the issue had been resolved by deleting and recreating the user profile.
