phone controls and enterprise data missing from "Desktop Agent"

I have a wierd problem on a new installation of CCM 4.2.3 and CRS 4.0.4 sr1.

"desktop agent" fail to display "active" phonecontrols icon's.

Enterprise data doesn't show up when a call is presented to the agent.

Call's can still be answered, using the phone itself. Agent state are shown correct in "realtime monitor".

I am having the same problem. Same servers. Did you ever get this resolved?
